BUFFY KICKS DEMON WHOPPING COUGH, OUTTA HER HOUSE.

The new star of The Crazy Ones stated, “We owe it to our babies who can’t protect themselves to help keep them safe. That’s why I am passionate about joining March of Dimes and Sanofi Pasteur in the Sounds of Pertussis® Campaign to help raise awareness and educate people in close contact with infants about the importance of adult pertussis vaccination.”

The disease's clinical name, is Pertussis. It's a "highly contagious" malady, affecting kids as early as, 1-2 years old. The Ex-Scooby gang member decided- to inoculate herself and her two kids. She learned this info ,from the CDC. The nation is reporting the worst case of  the illness, in half a decade.
Gellar is requiring her friends,family and everyone to get vaccinated for the deadly bug.

FAST 6 AND THE HANGOVER FINALE- TO DEADLOCK AT THE BOX OFFICE THIS WEEKEND.

"Fast & Furious 6" and "The Hangover, Part III" will be battling it out for moviegoer attention this Memorial Day Weekend, according to Fandango, the nation's leading moviegoer destination.  The company released this week's Fanticipation results, which charts movie fan sentiment around the weekend box office line-up, showing Fast & Furious 6" (with a score of 95) surging ahead of "The Hangover Part III" (with a score of 92).  

"Epic," the animated adventure from Blue Sky Studios ("Rio" and "Ice Age"), scored an impressive 83 on Fandango's buzz meter, as it is the only new family-oriented release for the holiday weekend.  Fanticipation numerical scores (on a 1-100 scale) are calculated based a proprietary analysis of Fandango's advance ticket sales, website and mobile traffic, and social media engagement.
According to a Fandango survey of more than 1,000 "Fast and Furious 6" ticket-buyers:
  • A whopping 93% would commit to seeing a "Fast & Furious 7," even before seeing the sixth installment in the franchise;
  • 88% said they are planning to see "Fast & Furious 6" on opening weekend;
  • 83% said the film's hip-hop and electronic soundtrack has increased their interest in seeing the movie;
  • 72% said the return of Michelle Rodriguez's character inspired them to buy a ticket for the film.
In a separate survey of ticket-buyers for "The Hangover Part III," Fandango uncovered the following:
  • 82% of Wolfpack fans said they plan to see the film with a group of friends;
  • 76% said the "Hangover" series makes them want to take a Vegas vacation;
  • 55% said Zach Galafianakis is the cast member they're most excited to see back on the big screen, compared to 31% for Bradley Cooper and 7% for Ed Helms.

"Star Trek into Darkness" Beams Up Fandango's Fanticipation Buzz Indicator as the #1 Most Anticipated Movie This Weeken

Fandango, the nation's leading moviegoer destination, reported today that J.J. Abrams' highly anticipated "Star Trek Into Darkness" garnered a 96 out of 100 score on the company's Fanticipation movie buzz indicator that measures fan sentiment around the weekend box office line-up.  The sci-fi thriller outshone "Iron Man 3" and "The Great Gatsby," which are still top-of-mind with moviegoers, scoring 85 and 83, respectively.  Fanticipation scores are calculated based a proprietary analysis of Fandango's advance ticket sales, website and mobile traffic, and social media engagement. 

Flying at maximum warp speed, "Star Trek" also represents 80% of today's ticket sales on Fandango, selling out hundreds of show times across the country, from New York to San Francisco, and Atlanta.

More than 1,000 "Star Trek" ticket-buyers participated in a survey on Fandango and excitement for the film and the franchise is running high: 
  • 89% said they had seen the previous J.J. Abrams "Star Trek" on the big screen;
  • 76% have avoided reading any online spoilers, saying they want to be completely surprised;
  • 71% said that co-star Benedict Cumberbatch, star of TV's "Sherlock," increased their interest in seeing the movie;
  • 62% will attend the movie with a group of fellow "Star Trek" fans;
  • 56% said the secrecy surrounding the film made them even more excited to see the film;
  • 55% already plan to see the movie more than once;
  • 15% will be dressed in "Star Trek" attire at the theater.
