WIN CASH BY HELPING OTHERS From PRNewswire-- The North Face today challenged people across the country to get outside, and take someone with them. Launching today on The North Face Facebook page and TheNorthFace.com, Role Models is an online pledge where people commit to taking someone outdoors this summer, helping to start a global movement of outdoor exploration. "If you've never had anyone show you how to tie a safe figure eight knot for climbing, set up a tent, or even understand how much water you need for an overnighter, getting outside for the first time can be daunting," said Ann K., director of Outdoor Exploration for The North Face. "Our goal with Role Models is to empower all of those outdoor enthusiasts to share their passion and their knowledge to create a new generation of explorers. Think about who taught you an appreciation for the outdoors, then pay it forward." By taking the Role Models pledge and sharing photos, you'll be entered to win The North Face gear that will help you get outdoors more often. The North Face will also be donating $1 per pledge (up to $10,000) to the Children & Nature Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting Nature Deficit Disorder. "We teach our kids manners, to be kind to others – always leading by example. We have a responsibility to be Role Models for them in the outdoors as well, because if they don't learn a passion for exploration or an appreciation for the world's wild places from us, who will they learn it from?" said Kit DesLauriers, world-renowned skier and mother of two. The North Face athletes have pledged to be Role Models this summer and are part of the Role Models Clinic Tour, traveling to The North Face and REI stores across the country through the fall to give tips and advice on how to get outside as a family. For more information and to pledge to be a Role Model, visit apps.facebook.com/tnfrolemodels or www.thenorthface.com/rolemodels.

BOUGHT OFF- CHRISTINA MILIAN USE NEW KIA RIOS, TO VISIT SO CAL LANDMARKS WITH TOURISTS.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Kia Rio for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

The Kim Possible vocalist, hosts a reality challenge in which- two couples compete in a scavenger hunt across Hollywood, using the new KIA Rios. The stunts include: using weird, trivia cubes at a Griffin Park merry-go-round, finding Milian's Dip It Low CD at trendy Amoeba Records, Counting endless Palm Trees in Beverly Hills, eating huge Pink's Hot Dogs and getting to the famed Roosevelt Hotel penthouse, before the other team. The hardest event seemed to be the hot dogs, since they are the size of a human child's arm.

If they win, meeting The Voice sideline reporter is the grand prize. It would have been nice, if the winners had been allowed to keep the car. Still, one just hopes the teams got: a free night at the hotel or backstage passes, at next season’s The Voice- so they can meet A list celebs, like the other Christina or Adam Levine.

It was a positively, cute reality show parody- which plays better than the regular hard sell ad. The best feature of the car has to be the rear camera display- that helps keep bad drivers from potentially killing pedestrians (and wayward kids especially.) Feel free to trash or complement the ad below, I've made my money of it.
